1. Fill out the Repair Request Form Below. Please wait for a response with estimated repair cost, shipping costs, availability of parts and approximate return date.

2. After recieving favorable response, Include a copy of the Repair Request with your device and ship to our Mail-in Repair Facility. Located:

3. Upon receiving your phone for repair, an iFIXuSAVE associate will contact you with confirmation of receipt and go over the repair services with you. At that time a Credit Card number will be taken to process payment for repair services.
